Hi, I'm Kristin Michelle and I was not expected to be a success.

I was born to a mother who struggled and didn't make it. I was in and out of foster homes. I'm a sexual assault survivor. A single mother. A Black woman.

I was not expected to be a success but that didn't stop me from becoming one.

Real estate was the game-changer. It unlocked the path to building wealth, an amazing lifestyle and an enduring legacy. It is my mission to help others achieve the same.

So today I am an Ohio-based business owner, housing provider and wealth coach who teaches aspiring millionaires how to thread the needle and manifest financial independence via real estate investing.

I've built a healthy rental biz that has thrived in spite of multiple recessions, a pandemic, poor management, bad tenants and more. I serve tenants of all socio-economic backgrounds from straight income to section 8 voucher holders.

I share my successes, mistakes, strategies, systems and 25+ years of experience starting, managing and growing a rental biz, with my students via Wealth-Minded Women LLC.

When I'm not teaching aspiring millionaires how to optimize their wealth-building efforts, I enjoy reading, eating good food, studying wealth strategies and teaching my children how to thrive in life.
